This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, which includes model structure, data integrations, and ongoing upkeep.
• Oversee data transactions in and out of Adaptive, interfacing with ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems.
• Create and sustain automated consolidated financial reporting files for monthly Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board, and investor evaluations.
• Assess and expand the planning tool by integrating new modules, workflows, and connections.
• Supervise expense budgeting along with comprehensive Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast bookings, revenue, labor, and EBITDA performance.
• Lead the forecasting and performance analysis of Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), focusing on bookings, expansion, churn, and net revenue retention.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts along with variance analyses.
• Facilitate the complete annual operating planning process.
• Counsel department and functional leaders by converting financial data into actionable narratives.
• Recognize opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance financial analysis.
• Communicate financial results and insights effectively to executive leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience, preferably in a SaaS, subscription-based, or private equity-backed company.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and/or managing Workday Adaptive Planning; proficiency in model design, system data flows, and ongoing oversight is essential.
• Familiarity with ACV, ARR, bookings, churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion revenue metrics.
• Experience in full P&L or expense-vertical ownership.
• Proven ability to develop scalable reporting infrastructure and automated, board-ready reporting packages.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Comfort in engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
• A self-starter attitude with a focus on automation, process enhancement, and continual learning.
• Preferred qualifications include advanced certifications, experience with additional financial systems such as OfficeConnect, NetSuite, or Salesforce, proficiency in BI/visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, structured financial development or rotational program experience, and experience in a fast-growth or private equity-backed environment.
