This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop pertinent analyses to facilitate decision-making within the Loyalty and Customer Value Management (CVM) sector;
• Create and assist in the formulation of models aimed at evaluating customer Lifetime Value (LTV) for Grupo Boticário;
• Assist in the examination and evaluation of tax implications;
• Actively collaborate with various teams at Grupo Boticário to gain insights into results and business drivers;
• Aid in the automation of processes and reporting;
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of dashboards.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Prior experience in controllership/FP&A, with hands-on knowledge of financial planning and accounting;
• Exceptional organizational abilities;
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and a variety of stakeholders;
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Preferred knowledge of SQL, along with experience in dashboards and data automation.
