FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain financial models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic long-term planning.

• Evaluate financial data and deliver insights to aid in strategic decision-making processes.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports punctually.

• Partner with various departments to collect and analyze financial information.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.

• Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

• Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite is crucial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
