FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting across various business lines and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with Accounting and leadership teams to provide precise monthly close analysis, board-ready reporting, and actionable business insights.

• Assist with M&A activities by conducting due diligence, integration modeling, synergy tracking, and ROI analysis.

• Create KPI dashboards, perform sensitivity analysis, and generate operational reports to enhance visibility into revenue, margins, and operating profit.

• Develop a consistent practice of utilizing AI tools to think, build, and deliver faster—making it your default approach rather than an afterthought.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for Microsoft Excel, coupled with the understanding that while Google Sheets is useful for collaboration, it falls short in comparison.

• A natural comfort with numbers and mental arithmetic.

• Over 4 years of experience in FP&A through various roles in strategic finance, corporate finance, corporate development, or investment banking.

• Proficient financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail.

• Capability to interpret complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations for both finance and non-finance audiences.

• Experience in dynamic, high-accountability environments where priorities can change rapidly, and executive visibility is significant.

• Advanced skills and comfort in managing large datasets, as well as working with internal and third-party reporting systems and business intelligence tools.
