This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance financial models that assist in forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.

• Create reporting packages for senior stakeholders and the Board.

• Aid in translating business activities into financial results and clarify their implications for individuals unfamiliar with spreadsheets.

• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to collect inputs, challenge assumptions, and refine forecast precision.

• Assist in revenue forecasting by analyzing trends, pricing, and business performance, then synthesizing this information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and the board.

• Play a role in the deployment of our new FP&A tool, including its design, data architecture, and user adoption.

• Recognize opportunities to leverage AI and automation for enhancing the quality, speed, and effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting.

• Provide support for ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA or an equivalent qualification, or part-qualified.

• Two to five years of experience in an FP&A or management accounting position, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.

• Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to handle large, intricate data sets.

• A genuine enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or automation workflows) to enhance productivity and deliver superior insights.

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools; experience with an FP&A planning platform (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful) and Xero is advantageous.

• Capable of transforming complex data into straightforward, compelling narratives that influence decisions for both finance and non-finance audiences.

• Inquisitive, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A natural team player who enjoys collaborating across departments to address challenges.
