
Founding Sales & Marketing Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take full ownership of both sales and marketing functions for the organization.
• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation through to the signed contract.
• Conduct all introductory and discovery calls with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy sessions and pitch presentations.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Address objections, manage follow-ups, draft proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, an objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Direct and manage our internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company brand to attract larger, more established clientele.
• Create or oversee the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Approach branding with a holistic mindset, understanding the role of advertising within a larger growth strategy.
• Build a team underneath you and transition the role into a broader leadership position.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven track record of generating total compensation of $125,000 or more in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks targeting SMB or mid-market buyers.
• Practical experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to function independently across both sales and marketing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Located in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (On-Target Earnings approximately $150,000).
