This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the 0→1 process: establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life Sciences sector, starting from initial customer discussions to the launch of the first products and generating early revenue.
• Collaborate with the GM/SME as an equal partner—jointly managing the commercial strategy while overseeing the product line and translating knowledge of market access and contracting into a detailed, phased product plan.
• Create and advocate for your own perspective on manufacturer economics—chargebacks, rebates, gross-to-net, formulary, and coverage—and utilize it to make decisive prioritization choices.
• Persistently advance early-stage ideas through iteration, implementation, and enhancement, validating them with actual customers and making critical decisions that propel the vertical forward amidst uncertainty.
• Transform Turquoise's pricing and contract data resources into solutions that address specific manufacturer challenges, in close collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
• Ensure seamless coordination across various departments within Turquoise—Engineering, Design, GTM, and Legal—as well as with key external stakeholders and customers.
• Act as the voice of the customer: establish direct relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device clients and incorporate their insights back into the product roadmap.
• Continuously refine industry and subject matter knowledge, remaining ahead of market trends and legislative changes, allowing Turquoise to anticipate both supportive and challenging factors in life sciences.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven history of managing products from inception to completion.
• More than 5 years of experience in health technology, possessing a solid understanding of how healthcare data, pricing, and payment systems interconnect.
• At least 3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers, giving you an insider's perspective on their commercial and contracting environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high-complexity, 0→1 solutions in a dynamic startup setting with rapidly evolving priorities.
• Recognized subject-matter expertise—capable of engaging as deeply as a GM/SME with peers.
• A clear history of growth and expanding responsibility—demonstrating impact and longevity, not just time served.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to influence and align senior stakeholders both within the organization and externally.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt based on internal and market feedback.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge. We welcome strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds.
