Founding Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee products from inception to launch — transforming ideas into tangible features.

• Establish data queries and model the scores and metrics essential to each product, demonstrating the methodology confidently.

• Construct the front end independently using Claude Code, with backend and data-collection assistance from our SVP of Engineering.

• Determine the metrics, visualizations, and reporting that render our products essential.

• Convert AI-search and content data into actionable insights for DMOs, travel brands, and our own consumers.

• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their needs, conduct demonstrations, and incorporate feedback into the product development process.

• Assist in expanding our customer base from one paying client to multiple within your first six months.

⛳️ Requirements

• A true data scientist's toolkit — proficiency with data, probabilities, and statistical reasoning; the capacity to analyze a dataset, pose insightful questions, model a score, and translate findings into product decisions.

• Capability to independently develop a data-driven web product — including front-end development (React/TypeScript or similar), SQL query design, and score/metric modeling. You have experience shipping functional software, not merely specifications.

• A practical understanding of how LLMs and AI search operate, along with fluency in AI development tools (Claude Code or similar).

• Over 3 years of product management or equivalent ownership experience, preferably with data products or analytics platforms.

• Experience in client interactions — you have engaged with users, conducted demos, collected feedback, and transformed it into product enhancements.

• Self-motivated and energetic — you thrive as a solo contributor, capable of multitasking and adapting quickly.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
