Founding Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire product lifecycle—from pinpointing customer pain points to UI/UX design, through full-stack engineering from ground zero to the final product launch.

• Travel nationwide to collaborate with manufacturing customers and engage directly with real-world users to validate and refine product ideas.

• Play a key role in fostering a product culture that effectively balances speed, quality, and a strong focus on customer needs.

• Experienced Builder: Proven expertise in full-stack product engineering, including technologies such as Postgres, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.

• Product Acumen: Skilled at navigating ambiguity and creating UI mockups using tools like Figma.

• Execution Mindset: Driven to deliver quickly, willing to discard ineffective solutions, and eager to iterate without personal bias.

• Design Focused: Passionate about UI/UX specifics and dedicated to maintaining high aesthetic standards.
