Founding Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the design across essential product interfaces on both mobile and web platforms.

• Lead user experience initiatives for significant product workflows, making informed decisions about product interactions.

• Enhance the overall quality, clarity, and refinement of the product.

• Establish and refine the product's core identity, visual style, interaction frameworks, and design systems.

• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to develop and launch new user experiences.

• Leverage contemporary AI and design tools to explore, prototype, and iterate swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on consumer or mobile-first products.

• Excellent UX judgment and a strong sense of product aesthetics.

• Proficient visual design skills and a refined taste level.

• Capability to design from the ground up and provide clarity to vague challenges.

• Strong systems thinking and experience in creating reusable design patterns or systems.

• Demonstrated ownership and adaptability in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

• Ability to work closely with engineering teams.

• Highly proficient with AI tools and comfortable integrating them into daily workflows.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a requirement for this position.
