This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership and expand paid acquisition initiatives across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and new digital channels.
• Manage acquisition budgets with a keen focus on metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, activation, retention, and ROAS objectives.
• Design, enhance, and refine landing pages, onboarding funnels, retargeting systems, and customer conversion journeys.
• Carry out rapid experimentation with creatives, messaging, audience segmentation, bidding tactics, and funnel optimization.
• Evaluate campaign performance, attribution analytics, and user interactions to uncover scalable growth possibilities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to enhance acquisition efficiency and improve user activation results.
• Track and optimize marketing performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, CAC, retention, and LTV.
• Implement and oversee event tracking, pixel integrations, and attribution systems to ensure precise campaign measurement.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, onboarding processes, and user journeys to boost conversion rates.
• Formulate growth strategies and contribute to wider go-to-market initiatives.
• Create dashboards, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, changes in advertising platforms, growth methodologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Consistently experiment with new channels, creative formats, and acquisition strategies to achieve scalable growth.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Strong proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid marketing channels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing acquisition budgets and achieving measurable growth results.
• An analytical mindset with experience in utilizing data to enhance campaigns and funnels.
• Practical experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, and other attribution platforms.
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels, user acquisition tactics, and growth marketing principles.
• Experience in A/B testing, pixel implementation, event tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Comfort in working within startup environments that prioritize high ownership and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Capability to blend creative thinking with performance-driven execution.
• Experience in marketing consumer products or product-led SaaS offerings is a significant advantage.
