Founding ML/Data Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and shape the roadmap for Orum's data products.

• Quickly prototype models using complex behavioral datasets and convert data signals into features for user-facing products.

• Discover and define new product opportunities that are data-driven.

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to turn concepts into production.

• Enhance the roadmaps of other products by deriving valuable insights from Orum’s data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering user-facing machine learning products.

• Background in advancing machine learning products from prototype to production in a dynamic product environment.

• Strong experience in developing ML-driven or data-centric products.

• Solid technical foundation in software engineering or data science.

• Excellent analytical and experimental mindset, with experience in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments.

• Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments.

• Bonus if you have: Experience in creating agentic tools.

• 0-1 founding experience.
