Founding Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for all aspects that attract users to Nola and enhance their experience — including the narrative, various channels, launch sequences, founder content, lifecycle strategies, and experimentation.

• Develop and implement the company's overarching narrative.

• Establish and expand user acquisition channels.

• Create and execute effective launch strategies.

• Lead initiatives for content created by the founder.

• Manage lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives.

• Conduct growth experiments across multiple channels.

• Develop agents and automated systems to maximize marketing efficiency.

• Produce and deliver content rapidly.

• Tackle growth challenges without a predefined strategy.

• Promote user growth and engagement throughout the marketing funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related positions.

• Proven track record of taking a product or company from inception to launch.

• Experience working in an early-stage startup and achieving significant user adoption from a zero base.

• Developed a public presence through mediums such as podcasts, YouTube channels, newsletters, Twitter/X followings, Substack, meme pages, or similar platforms.

• Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies without relying on brand recognition, substantial budgets, or established playbooks.

• An AI-native approach with experience in creating agents, content workflows, research processes, automation systems, or outbound marketing strategies.

• Capability to write, produce, and iterate content swiftly.

• Comfortable with owning growth results from start to finish.

• Excellent skills in content creation and storytelling.
