This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of a designated portfolio of target accounts along with a pipeline goal. Achieve it.
• Engage in prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. You manage every phase.
• Generate pipeline through AI-enhanced outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, video).
• Assess and convert inbound leads from various sources.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions with senior leaders in regulatory, quality, and compliance roles.
• Deliver live product demonstrations with support from sales engineering.
• Navigate complex buying committees across regulatory, IT, procurement, and legal sectors to secure closed-won deals.
• Keep Salesforce updated as your primary source of truth.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a minimum of 12 months in a closing role as a full-cycle Account Executive, Account Executive Apprentice, or SDR promoted to AE.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing pipeline and revenue goals.
• Ability to conduct a discovery call that uncovers genuine pain points, rather than just presenting a feature demonstration.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Gong Engage / Outreach / Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
• Regularly utilize Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools as a productivity enhancer.
• Capable of crafting outbound emails that feel personalized rather than templated.
• Comfortable selling to legal, scientific, and regulatory professionals within multi-stakeholder committees.
• A genuine interest in understanding our customers’ operations.
