This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take full ownership of both sales and marketing for the organization.
β’ Oversee the sales process from the initial conversation to the signed contract.
β’ Conduct all introductory and discovery calls with incoming prospects.
β’ Lead strategy sessions and pitch presentations.
β’ Manage the entire sales pipeline from the first touchpoint to closing.
β’ Address objections, conduct follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
β’ Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
β’ Manage and execute our internal Meta advertising campaigns.
β’ Formulate and implement our overarching marketing strategy, including content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
β’ Enhance the company brand to attract larger clientele.
β’ Create or oversee the development of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
β’ Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
β’ Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to small and medium-sized businesses or mid-market buyers.
β’ Practical experience in executing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a strong understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
β’ Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
β’ Comfortable functioning as a solo contributor across both sales and marketing roles.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Located in the United States and available during standard business hours.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
β’ Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (on-target earnings approximately $150,000).
