• Identify, connect with, and cultivate enduring relationships with community organizations and institutional partners.
• Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from prospecting and initial outreach to signed agreements, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop and sustain a well-organized referral pipeline, monitoring conversion rates and referral volumes.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to create and implement Third Space's inbound and outbound growth strategy.
• Design, launch, and refine campaigns across email, SMS, and digital platforms.
• Oversee campaign analytics from start to finish: establish tracking, assess performance, eliminate ineffective strategies, and enhance successful ones.
• Manage Third Space's social media presence across pertinent platforms.
• Generate content using tools like Figma and other AI-assisted design software.
• Propose and conduct growth experiments across various channels; act quickly, learn rapidly.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales, growth, marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
• A demonstrated interest in health, mental health, community health, or mission-driven work is highly desirable.
• Proficient in social media management, basic analytics, and the fundamentals of digital marketing.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools.
• Capability to independently create marketing assets using tools like Figma or Paper.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or outreach tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
