Founding Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features that effectively address our customers' compliance challenges.

• Manage the technical relationship with key clients; implementing solutions, collecting requirements, and converting feedback into product enhancements.

• Create scalable services and APIs that drive our LLM compliance platform while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

• Make impactful technical decisions swiftly, understanding that you'll be responsible for both our engineering standards and customer satisfaction.

• Question assumptions regarding "why" and "how"; your insights will directly shape our development process and outcomes.

• Influence our product roadmap and engineering methodologies as we transition from Series A to market leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience building full-stack systems at significant scale; you are adept at architecting backend services and deploying frontend code that users engage with daily.

• You possess deep knowledge in one or more of the following: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, and you are versatile enough to manage features from start to finish.

• You have a solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and the trade-offs between speed and reliability in production settings.

• You genuinely enjoy engaging with customers; you are not simply delivering features but are eager to grasp the human challenges you are addressing.

• You have experience in fast-paced environments and comprehend what it takes to operate swiftly without compromising quality.

• You are inquisitive about how LLMs function and are enthusiastic about developing practical applications based on them, beyond just theoretical knowledge.
