Founding Director – AI Digital Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the strategic layer of each engagement.

• You create the playbook and frameworks starting from scratch.

• You develop decision-ready packages that leadership can confidently approve.

• You establish the architecture and guide the build team and agents in execution.

• Facilitate measurement-definition workshops with client teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of delivering measurable results for clients in digital marketing and sales strategy.

• Experience in an agency environment.

• Familiarity with clients' technology stacks.

• Strong knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem is a significant advantage.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Proficient in analytics: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and dashboard design.

• In-depth understanding of local SEO, along with a keen interest in AEO and AI search.
