This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and deliver AI-driven tools and agents from start to finish, encompassing API integrations, agent workflows, backend services, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement and manage solutions in Azure and AWS, overseeing services, scheduled tasks, capacity, monitoring, incidents, internal user support, and budget management.
• Connect AI systems to Salesforce and Microsoft 365 using secure authentication and permission structures.
• Create production-grade LLM pipelines for retrieval, structured extraction, scoring logic, prompts, tools, and output validation.
• Leverage AI coding tools while reviewing and regulating their outputs to ensure production quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scopes, establish expectations, and translate vague requirements into deployable tools.
• Document solutions through comprehensive runbooks and decision notes.
• Provide support throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from scoping and development through to launch, monitoring, user assistance, and ongoing enhancement.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience in delivering LLM/generative AI features or systems that extend beyond prototypes.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework, such as React with TypeScript.
• Practical experience in deploying and managing cloud solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with cloud services, functions, or containers, scheduled tasks, monitoring, log-based debugging, and cost management.
• Direct experience with LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks.
• Experience utilizing workflow or automation platforms like n8n or Power Automate.
• Applied knowledge of LLM fundamentals, including RAG, embeddings, structured extraction, prompt design, and when to involve human review.
• Experience integrating with at least one major enterprise platform, such as CRM, ERP, or Microsoft 365 APIs.
• Capability to adapt quickly in uncertain situations and ask insightful questions.
• Effective communication skills with non-technical team members.
• Ability to produce clear and usable documentation.
• Candidates must complete a 30-minute online assessment.
• Preferred qualifications include MCP servers, familiarity with the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem, enterprise AI platform administration, Azure or AWS certifications, Terraform or Bicep, predictive ML, AI evaluation design, Salesforce API and data-model experience, Microsoft Graph or Entra ID experience, and experience in end-user support or training.
