This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and implement KPI frameworks that align with business objectives and strategic priorities.

• Establish performance measurement standards across various departments and service lines.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with business leaders to set targets, track progress, and address any underperformance issues.

• Develop executive-level performance dashboards and reports.

• Conduct performance review meetings and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

• Create benchmarking methodologies against industry standards and competitor performance.

• Build and maintain BI infrastructure, which includes data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting platforms.

• Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics tools.

• Conduct complex data analyses to uncover patterns, correlations, and strategic insights.

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across BI platforms and reporting processes.

• Optimize BI tools and workflows while supporting user adoption.

• Train business users to utilize BI tools independently.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to address business challenges and automate processes.

• Design, prototype, and implement solutions powered by AI.

• Collaborate with IT, data science teams, and external vendors to deploy AI applications.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic investments.

• Build predictive models and intelligent automation workflows.

• Establish responsible AI development practices, focusing on ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency.

• Monitor and refine the performance of AI solutions based on feedback and evolving requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in reliability or operations management, performance management, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, techniques, or development projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.

• Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and AI development.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and best practices in data modeling.

• Understanding of cloud services like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and AI/ML capabilities.

• Experience with API integration, automation tools, and workflow orchestration.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively across departments and influence others without direct authority.

• A curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation.

• Experience in change management and the ability to drive the adoption of new tools and processes.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
