Senior Data Consultant – AI Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or more client projects or various workstreams, ensuring that delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business goals.

• Set project priorities, deliverables, responsibilities, and execution strategies for project teams.

• Lead strategy, roadmap, planning, solution design, and executive decision-making workshops.

• Evaluate business challenges, formulate recommendations, and assist client decision-making through consultative problem-solving.

• Convert business requirements into feasible, scalable, and value-oriented technical solutions.

• Supervise project scope, finances, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and the quality of delivery.

• Report on status, risks, recommendations, and executive updates.

• Review and authorize client deliverables.

• Engage in discovery sessions, opportunity assessments, solution development, proposal crafting, and client presentations.

• Identify avenues to enhance client engagements and promote account growth.

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with business, technology, and executive stakeholders.

• Contribute to consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices.

• Mentor and coach team members; assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and ongoing improvement.

• Maintain expertise in contemporary data, AI, cloud, governance, analytics, and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Generally 8–10+ years of experience in delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation projects.

• At least five years of consulting or professional services experience managing complex client engagements.

• Proven experience leading project teams, multiple workstreams, or enterprise initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Experience in delivering modern data platform solutions, including data engineering, cloud platforms, governance, analytics, AI, or enterprise architecture.

• Proficiency in managing project scope, finances, delivery governance, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations.

• Strong leadership, consulting, communication, facilitation, analytical, and relationship management abilities.

• Proven ownership, business acumen, executive presence, and competence in mentoring and developing others.

• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.

• Preferred: Professional certifications in cloud platforms, AI, data management, Agile, project management, or enterprise architecture.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar technologies.
