AI Delivery Engine Leader

📋 Description

• Design and implement Servant's AI-first delivery operating model, covering strategy, execution, and ongoing support.

• Establish workflows, orchestration patterns, automation, and governance for an AI-driven delivery organization.

• Create repeatable delivery frameworks that utilize AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Develop scalable processes that minimize manual effort while ensuring quality, security, and reliability.

• Construct and execute an AI factory that transitions ideas from conception to production via integrated AI workflows.

• Identify areas where human involvement is crucial and where AI can enhance or expedite execution.

• Assess automation possibilities across planning, requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and support.

• Establish delivery patterns that foster smaller, highly effective project teams.

• Review and evaluate emerging AI platforms, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and delivery technologies.

• Recommend and implement the necessary tooling ecosystem for an AI-first organization.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, strategy, and delivery leaders to modernize processes.

• Analyze current delivery processes to uncover opportunities for simplification, automation, or elimination of tasks.

• Define new roles, responsibilities, and operational rhythms within an AI-enabled organization.

• Support leaders in navigating organizational change and establish metrics for delivery effectiveness.

• Advise executive leadership on AI strategy and the transformation of delivery processes.

• Translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible business value.

• Develop a phased roadmap to enhance autonomous delivery capabilities.

• Shape Servant's long-term vision for AI-enabled consulting and software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in AI systems, LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and contemporary software architecture.

• Proven experience in designing AI-first software delivery workflows or AI factory operating models.

• A history of transforming engineering organizations through the use of automation and AI.

• Experience in implementing AI across various stages of the software development lifecycle.

• Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering.

• Experience in evaluating and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies within enterprise settings.

• Capability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.

• Outstanding communication skills suited for both executive and technical audiences.

• Comfort in operating amidst ambiguity while developing new organizational capabilities.

• Preferred: experience with AI delivery models across multiple organizations.

• Preferred: background in software consulting or professional services.

• Preferred: experience in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
