This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in executing Dynata's AI enablement initiatives through various learning programs, workshops, campaigns, and practical resources.
• Create and facilitate AI training curricula, office hours, microlearning sessions, manager training, learning campaigns, and content for communities of practice.
• Develop learning pathways tailored to specific roles for key employee groups in collaboration with Talent, HR, and business partners.
• Convert AI concepts into actionable learning materials suited for real-world applications.
• Organize learning calendars, oversee program launches, gather stakeholder feedback, and provide support for adoption.
• Generate enablement content for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other sanctioned enterprise AI tools.
• Produce prompt examples, use-case documentation, facilitation guides, quick-reference tools, and job aids.
• Instruct on the appropriate use of AI tools, including identifying when human oversight is necessary.
• Formulate checklists and guidelines for assessing AI outputs regarding accuracy, completeness, usefulness, tone, evidence, and subsequent actions.
• Teach prompt crafting, output evaluation, source validation, and responsible usage practices.
• Develop reusable playbooks aimed at enhancing the quality and consistency of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate examples and ensure alignment of materials with approved practices.
• Recognize AI-related learning requirements for prioritized roles and functions.
• Create educational solutions that support employees as work expectations shift due to AI and automation advancements.
• Update learning assets as tools, policies, and use cases evolve.
• Work together with HR, Communications, Technology, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders.
• Lead both virtual and in-person learning sessions, workshops, and peer-learning discussions.
• Assist AI advocates, learning representatives, and specific function adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to communication and adoption documentation.
• Report AI risk, governance, privacy, or prohibited-use inquiries to subject matter experts.
• Monitor participation, feedback, completion rates, proficiency self-assessments, and practical adoption metrics.
• Summarize program outcomes and learner insights for Talent and business stakeholders.
• Enhance learning content, job aids, and enablement programs based on feedback and adoption trends.
• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Enablement, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related area.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing learning programs, workshops, job aids, and scalable enablement resources.
• Demonstrated capability in facilitating enterprise technology adoption or digital capability-building initiatives.
• Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Strong abilities in facilitation, instructional design, communication, and program coordination.
• Practical experience with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and similar AI platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of prompt writing, AI output evaluation, responsible AI practices, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
• Capability to train employees on the effective use of AI tools for common business tasks.
• Ability to create practical examples, prompt guides, workshops, and quality checklists for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, content development, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with enterprise AI guidelines and stakeholder priorities.
• Comfort in facilitating both virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Ability to clearly summarize insights and recommendations for HR, Talent, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• A Master's degree in Learning, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Talent Development, Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, change management, or workforce upskilling initiatives.
• Experience in building learning paths, communities of practice, manager enablement resources, or peer-learning networks.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, AI governance standards, data privacy, or information security considerations relevant to employee learning.
