πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Maintain and enhance a sales CRM to manage leads, communications, and follow-ups to secure new clients.

β€’ Collaborate with marketing to create both active and passive lead funnels.

β€’ Adopt and improve the organization's sales playbooks, including presentations, sales materials, and analytical results.

β€’ Establish the foundations of the Sales area β€” this role is foundational, and your focus will lay the groundwork for the future team.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably in tech, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services.

β€’ Proactive, solution-oriented profile with excellent interpersonal skills.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously, with a focus on satisfaction and commercial expansion.

β€’ Strong presence in meetings with both current and potential clients.

β€’ Exceptional command of English (oral and written) (B2+ or C1).

β€’ Bonus: experience in B2B sales.
