This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Maintain and enhance a sales CRM to manage leads, communications, and follow-ups to secure new clients.
β’ Collaborate with marketing to create both active and passive lead funnels.
β’ Adopt and improve the organization's sales playbooks, including presentations, sales materials, and analytical results.
β’ Establish the foundations of the Sales area β this role is foundational, and your focus will lay the groundwork for the future team.
β’ Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably in tech, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services.
β’ Proactive, solution-oriented profile with excellent interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously, with a focus on satisfaction and commercial expansion.
β’ Strong presence in meetings with both current and potential clients.
β’ Exceptional command of English (oral and written) (B2+ or C1).
β’ Bonus: experience in B2B sales.
