This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate and manage your own ABA practice with comprehensive operational assistance from Finni.
• Assist in establishing the clinical standards, policies, and workflows for your team.
• Administer and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) both in-person and through virtual platforms.
• Execute functional behavior assessments and generate detailed progress reports.
• Work closely with families to create and apply behavior support strategies.
• Ensure that all treatment plans align with evidence-based best practices.
• Educate and mentor clinical staff in ABA methodologies and ethical practices.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (mandatory).
• State licensure (if applicable).
• Over 3 years of ABA experience, preferably with a background in leadership or supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
