This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of the entire sales process, from initial discussions to finalized deals, consistently achieving and surpassing quota and pipeline goals.
• Contribute to shaping the EMEA go-to-market strategy for a new product line, including ideal customer profiles (ICP), messaging, objection handling, and pricing strategy.
• Establish the initial group of reference customers and develop case studies that will support the broader go-to-market organization.
• Formulate and implement a regional strategy to uncover high-growth opportunities and untapped markets across EMEA.
• Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers for co-selling and expanding market presence.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to address the most challenging technical issues faced by prospects.
• Ensure precise forecast accuracy in Salesforce and guarantee that every proposal reflects the quality of our deliverables.
• Guide customers through the journey from initial interest to contract signing, ensuring they have an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Provide consistent customer feedback to product and marketing teams weekly. In a founding team, this feedback loop is essential.
• Create your own sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and innovative outreach, rather than solely relying on assigned leads.
• Proven experience managing complete sales cycles within the technology sector, particularly in new business roles focused on SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings.
• A strong history of selling cloud services with an understanding of how consumption-based business models function.
• Over 2 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS with a solid record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort in selling innovative products. You’ve successfully marketed a product before it was recognized by industry analysts, and you thrive in such environments.
• A genuine technical curiosity about the cloud computing landscape, enabling you to engage confidently in discussions regarding AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure products and architecture.
• A sincere interest in FinOps and how engineering teams utilize cloud services. While not required to be a practitioner, a genuine concern for these topics is necessary.
• Skilled in building influential relationships within complex organizational structures and transforming professional networks into authentic partnerships.
• A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" mindset that permeates both sales and business development efforts.
