This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from initial dialogue to finalized deal, consistently achieving and surpassing quota and pipeline goals.
• Contribute to shaping the EMEA go-to-market strategy for a new product line, including ideal customer profile, messaging, objection management, and pricing strategy.
• Establish the first set of reference customers and case studies that will support the broader go-to-market organization.
• Create and implement a regional strategy that uncovers high-growth potential and untapped markets across the EMEA region.
• Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and increase market share.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to address the most challenging technical issues faced by prospects.
• Maintain high forecast accuracy in Salesforce, ensuring every proposal reflects the quality of our deliverables.
• Guide clients from their initial interest through to contract finalization, setting them up for an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Provide genuine customer feedback to product and marketing teams weekly; this feedback loop is essential in a founding team.
• Proactively generate your own pipeline through prospecting, networking, and innovative outreach, rather than solely relying on leads provided to you.
• Proven experience managing full sales cycles within the technology sector, preferably in new business roles selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings.
• A successful history of selling cloud services along with a solid understanding of how consumption-based pricing models operate.
• Over 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS with a consistent performance record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable selling innovative products. You have marketed a product before it was recognized in a Gartner quadrant and preferred it that way.
• Possess a technical curiosity; you have a grasp of the cloud computing landscape and can engage in discussions regarding AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure products and architecture.
• A genuine interest in FinOps and how engineering teams utilize cloud services. While you don’t need to be a practitioner, you must care about the subject.
• Capability to forge influential relationships across complex organizations and convert professional networks into genuine partnerships.
• A hands-on attitude that permeates both sales and business development efforts.
