• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle — from identifying prospects to finalizing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for a defined set of 200 target accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face meetings, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure consistent growth of the sales pipeline.
• Represent the organization at industry events and seek out partnership opportunities.
• Offer customer insights to influence product direction and market positioning.
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with enterprise or upper mid-market clients.
• Demonstrated success in two or more startup environments with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong "hunter" mentality with the capability to independently source leads and close sales.
• Exceptional relationship-building and face-to-face selling abilities.
• Experience in selling to insurance, financial services, or other traditional sectors is preferred.
• High level of autonomy, strong work ethic, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
