This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process — from prospecting to successfully closing six- and seven-figure contracts
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for a specific list of 200 targeted accounts
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships through face-to-face meetings, conferences, and events
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure steady pipeline growth
• Represent the organization at industry events and seek out partnership opportunities
• Offer customer insights to influence product direction and market positioning
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with enterprise or upper mid-market clients
• Demonstrated success in two or more startup settings with a track record of meeting quotas
• Strong “hunter” mentality capable of self-sourcing leads and independently closing deals
• Exceptional relationship-building and face-to-face sales abilities
• Experience selling to insurance, financial services, or other traditional sectors is preferred
• High level of autonomy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
