This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Advocate for a future where anyone can develop software using natural language, initiating a transformation in the industry comparable to the PC revolution.
β’ Act as the main liaison for prospects and clients, guiding them throughout the purchasing process.
β’ Deliver engaging product demonstrations and help unlock potential by organizing non-engineering hackathons.
β’ Clearly communicate Replit's value proposition and align it with the business goals of customers.
β’ Partner with product and engineering teams to guarantee technical precision and successful project execution.
β’ Create customized quotes and expertly negotiate agreements.
β’ Keep precise customer and forecasting information in Replitβs CRM (Hubspot).
β’ Build strong relationships with current clients while spotting opportunities for greater adoption.
β’ Enhance customers' experience with the Replit platform through continuous collaboration and support.
β’ Collect and relay valuable customer insights, advocating for their needs within Replit.
β’ Previous experience in an Account Executive or Sales Engineer/technical sales position, ideally in SaaS or developer tools.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
β’ Familiarity with, or direct experience in, the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and managing ongoing customer relationships.
β’ Skilled in using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot).
β’ Quick to learn and effectively communicate the value of new technologies.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think on your feet.
β’ Self-driven with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
β’ Enthusiastic about technology and keeping up with industry developments.
β’ Experience with or keen interest in AI and machine learning is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings and events.
