• Become a part of a VC-backed start-up focused on establishing a new category with a product that demonstrates strong market fit, currently launching in the US.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, encompassing outbound prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
• Successfully close B2B SaaS contracts with CFOs, General Managers, and Regional Operators by understanding their specific challenges and requirements.
• Provide top-notch product demonstrations and relay valuable insights back to the product team for continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle in a quota-carrying Account Executive role within fast-paced B2B Hospitality SaaS sales, targeting business decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create your own sales pipeline, consistently outperforming quota (top 5% of the company).
• Natural executor of a standardized sales process, such as MEDDICC.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals exceeding $20k in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Eagerness to excel in a dynamic start-up environment where ambiguity is common and autonomy is essential.
