This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Become a part of a VC-backed start-up focused on creating a new category with a product that demonstrates strong market fit but is just beginning its journey in the US.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from initial outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and final closure.
• Successfully close B2B SaaS agreements with CFOs, General Managers, and Regional Operators, while comprehending their unique challenges and requirements.
• Provide exemplary product demonstrations and relay valuable insights back to the product team.
• A minimum of 3 years experience managing the complete sales cycle in a quota-carrying Account Executive role within fast-paced B2B Hospitality SaaS sales, targeting business decision-makers.
• Demonstrated capability to independently generate your own sales pipeline, with a proven record of consistently surpassing quotas (within the top 5% of the company).
• A natural executor of standardized sales processes such as MEDDICC.
• Experience in consistently closing deals valued at over $20k in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• A strong desire to excel in a rapidly evolving start-up environment where ambiguity is common, and operating autonomously is essential.
