This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage and finalize a pipeline of enterprise, scale-up, and high-growth startup accounts.
• Take ownership of deals from initial contact to signed contract — including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Establish and nurture relationships at the executive level with CTOs, ML leads, and infrastructure decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the CRO to devise pricing strategies, deal structures, and expansion playbooks.
• Partner with BDR and DevRel to generate pipeline and leverage ecosystem-driven sourcing.
• Uphold CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Represent Featherless at industry events and conferences to facilitate and advance deal opportunities.
• Conduct full-cycle sales for mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Lead insightful discovery and technical demo calls tailored to the buyer's stack and use case.
• Create customized proposals and business cases that align model inference needs with Featherless capabilities.
• Negotiate and finalize complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Extensively utilize AI tools to automate research, personalize outreach, and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot — ensuring all activities are logged and pipeline stages are precise.
• Work closely with DevRel and Product teams to establish feedback loops from the field.
• Mentor BDRs and assist in defining what an exemplary pipeline looks like.
• 3–6 years of experience in a closing role within Cloud Infrastructure, MLOps, or AI/developer tooling.
• A proven history of successfully closing deals with technical buyers (developers, ML engineers, CTOs).
• Proficient in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, credible, and technically knowledgeable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated — you create your own processes and don't rely on a predefined playbook.
• Disciplined in forecasting with strong CRM practices and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, n8n, or similar tools.
• Competitive base salary plus commission.
