📋 Description

• Identify the issues by engaging closely with customers to recognize what truly matters before it is formally assigned to you — then determine if it's worth developing.

• Construct and automate the entire workflow using Command, CLI, MCP, and our comprehensive AI stack.

• Deliver to customers swiftly — achieve a quick understanding, iterate tightly, and deploy efficiently.

• Assess the impact honestly, and then proceed to the next task. Discontinue what doesn’t yield results; focus on what does.

• Operate as an independent team — select the objective, deliver the product, and take responsibility for the results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have successfully launched a tangible product - whether it's a tool, a company, or an open-source project that is actively used.

• Be versatile across the stack: Product Managers who can prototype, and engineers who possess product intuition.

• Hold strong opinions regarding AI products and possess the discernment to quickly recognize when one is flawed.

• Have hands-on experience in developing AI products with AI, along with familiarity with RAG, evaluations, and agent harnesses being advantageous.

• Act swiftly and measure outcomes. Anticipate that most experiments will fail, viewing this as a necessary cost in discovering the successful ones.

• Value craftsmanship where it matters and refrain from over-polishing areas that do not require it.

• Communicate effectively and take ownership of outcomes — we aim for genuine business impact, reduction in customer time/pain, and a strategy for scaling what proves effective.
