Founders Associate – Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Founders Associate intern, you will assist our founding team in various areas, ranging from strategy to daily operations.

• Collaborate directly with the founders on strategic initiatives and operational activities.

• Help in the preparation of pitches, reports, presentations, and analyses.

• Perform market and competitive research.

• Contribute to projects in Business Development, Sales, Fundraising, or Operations, depending on the current focus.

• Take ownership and manage small projects from start to finish.

• Organize and facilitate internal processes and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a business-related discipline, or nearing graduation.

• Some hands-on experience in a startup setting, consulting, VC, or a SaaS company is advantageous (but not mandatory).

• You are capable of working independently, in a structured manner, and are solution-focused.

• You possess curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to engage actively.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
