📋 Description

• You will investigate the possibilities of what can be developed using Joy_'s AI Commerce infrastructure, test these concepts in real-world settings, and implement the successful ones into production alongside the co-founders.

• Delve into innovative business models leveraging our infrastructure.

• Your role will involve prototyping, testing, and validating new applications, including creator commerce, loyalty redemption, embedded checkout, agent-powered platforms, and unique propositions that have yet to be created.

• Transition promising ideas into production, from initial testing to a repeatable playbook that generates live revenue.

• Collaborate closely with the founders; you will participate in crucial conversations such as investor discussions, commercial strategies, and product direction, with your insights influencing our trajectory.

• Develop AI-driven processes that enhance scalability, including internal automation, content systems, and operational workflows. You will implement solutions wherever AI provides a competitive advantage.

• Take ownership of creative initiatives from start to finish, encompassing storytelling, branding, and campaigns. If you possess a strong intuition for what resonates with audiences, you will have the opportunity to apply it.

• Aesthetic and design affinity; you possess a keen eye for what feels right and brings joy.

• A background that provides an advantage; previous experience in startups or consulting is beneficial, as is a Master's degree from a prestigious business school. While neither is mandatory, they can expedite your learning curve.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
