This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Assist in the development of a scalable physiotherapy network

• Conduct research and analysis on the market, potential locations, and competitors

• Implement AI for various processes, automation, and content creation

• Contribute to business intelligence initiatives (data sources, dashboards, and KPIs)

• Aid in the integration of tools and databases

• Prepare presentations and decision-making materials

• Provide support in sales and partnership meetings

• Engage in Operational Excellence by enhancing, automating, and scaling processes

• Collaborate closely with the founders in daily operations

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline

• Initial practical experience (consulting, startup, or a similar environment)

• Strong passion for entrepreneurship and startups

• High level of ownership and a proactive attitude

• Methodical and analytical mindset

• Interest in AI technologies (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools)

• Proficient in both German and English

• Direct exposure to the process of scaling a company
