• Collaborate closely with our founders and various functional teams to discover new growth avenues that will transform how employees develop their skills in the future.

• Assist in the creation of new product offerings for our clients by partnering with our learning success, curation, product, and growth teams.

• Engage directly with the founders on various projects that will contribute to the future success of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program.

• Previous experience in fast-paced environments, such as high-growth startups, Venture Capital, Private Equity Firms, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Technology Companies.

• Proficient in German as a native language.

• Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Possess a high level of agency and ownership.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Inquisitive and eager to learn.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
