Founder’s Associate – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the founders and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team on vital GTM initiatives from conception to implementation.

• Take ownership of specific campaigns and creative projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, producing necessary assets, and managing distribution.

• Activate and expand Weflow's current community, podcast audience, and thought leadership platform as channels for campaign distribution.

• Spot and capitalize on distribution opportunities that others might miss, including partnerships, communities, events, media, and co-marketing efforts.

• Develop repeatable systems and playbooks to ensure scalability of successful strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience).

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup, venture capital, consulting, or a position where you wore multiple hats and independently delivered results.

• Outstanding written communication skills - your writing is clear, concise, and engaging.

• High level of curiosity and well-formed opinions: you have contemplated what exceptional B2B marketing entails and are keen to discuss it.

• Quick learner who adapts rapidly and takes initiative without needing direction.

• Deeply interested in brand building, GTM strategies, and the interplay between product and market approach.

• Experience in growing an audience, community, or media property is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing (content, paid, events, social media, or GTM engineering) is a plus but not mandatory.
