Founders Associate – Entrepreneur in Residence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist the founding team and collaborate closely with the founders.

• You will evaluate new markets and locations throughout Europe, providing insights for strategic expansion decisions.

• You will aid in acquiring new B2B clients and partners.

• You will organize meetings and accompany the founders during strategic discussions.

• You will contribute to the creation of professional pitch decks and reports for investors and partners.

• You will pinpoint inefficiencies in daily operations.

• You will test innovative AI tools and facilitate smarter scaling of the organization.

• You will assist in designing new projects, ventures, and business models in the realms of IT solutions, car sharing, expansion, and tiny houses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management, or a related field (advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s) — or a motivated career-changer with a founder mindset.

• A strong "get-things-done" mentality and the ability to solve problems independently.

• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for working with data.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• A keen eye for outstanding presentation design.

• Full fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Ideally, some experience in a startup, consulting, or project management.
