This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Facilitates timelines across all startups and projects, collaborating with C-level executives to ensure key deliverables are achieved promptly and do not get overlooked.
• Diligently tracks outstanding items from leadership discussions, guaranteeing that each initiative has a designated owner and a specific deadline.
• Serves as the main filter for operational obstacles, independently addressing challenges and escalating only thoroughly briefed, strategic alternatives to the CEO.
• Connects high-level strategy with practical implementation, ensuring that new workflows, internal policies, or organizational changes are seamlessly integrated into daily operations.
• Develops and manages the agendas for meetings led by the CEO, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned and that high-impact materials are prepared for decision-making.
• Oversees the execution loop following meetings; converts leadership decisions into actionable tasks and consistently holds senior stakeholders accountable throughout the week to sustain progress.
• Functions as an extension of the CEO, effectively communicating operational directives to the leadership team and ensuring alignment across business units.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Operations Coordination in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience working directly with a CEO or Founder as an executive right hand, Chief of Staff, or dedicated operations leader, with a proven track record of successfully executing a founder's strategic goals.
• Essential Traits: Highly organized, methodical, and reliable, with a strong "finisher" mentality and an inherent drive for project completion.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence and diplomatic communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and C-level leaders while maintaining a strong sense of accountability for deadlines.
