Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing significant projects from inception to completion across all business sectors.

• Crafting presentations, reports, and briefing documents while monitoring KPIs and aggregating performance updates.

• Performing research on markets, competitors, and investors to uncover growth prospects and support strategic choices.

• Assisting in fundraising efforts by developing pitch materials, coordinating investor outreach, and nurturing partner relationships.

• Optimizing workflows, enhancing operational processes, and managing large-scale recruitment using AI technologies.

• Serving as a strategic partner to the founder in prioritizing and implementing strategic initiatives across various business domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a similarly analytical discipline from a top-tier global university.

• Have a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated, impactful professional experience from prestigious management consulting firms, leading investment banks, Big Tech companies, prominent PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed, rapidly growing startups.

• Exhibit outstanding analytical and communication abilities, with a history of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that facilitate executive-level decision-making.

• Be highly self-sufficient: you excel when given limited direction and can independently manage and deliver multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines.

• Maintain a proven history of collaborating directly with C-level executives to achieve measurable outcomes in scaling and strategy.

• Thrive in high-pressure, performance-oriented settings, consistently exceeding expectations. High stakes, fast pace, and constant change invigorate you rather than exhaust you.
