Chief of Staff – Finance, HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You oversee international financial transactions, foreign accounts, and currencies while ensuring accounting accuracy.

• You coordinate bookkeeping activities and generate financial statements.

• You lead HR operations, including payroll and employment contracts.

• You implement cutting-edge IT solutions for finance and HR to fully automate manual tasks.

• You consistently uphold deadlines and commercial frameworks.

• Strong, demonstrated experience in accounting and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes.

• You take pleasure in executing operational duties with high efficiency.

• Attention to detail and a systems-oriented mindset.

• Experience level appropriate for a rapidly growing startup.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Business-fluent English for communication in international banking.
