Founder Associate, Next-Gen Precision Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Founder Associate, you will collaborate closely with the founders across all key areas: Acquisition, Operations, Strategy, and Scaling.

• One week, you will analyze a potential acquisition and prepare discussions with entrepreneurial families.

• The following week, you will develop a financial model or structure the deal process.

• Subsequently, you will work alongside production managers on topics such as automation, efficiency, or operational control directly at the plant.

• You will continuously transition between strategy and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interest in industry, manufacturing, and technological transformation.

• Understanding of production processes, automation, or industrial value creation.

• High level of personal responsibility and results orientation.

• Ability to switch between operational details and strategic thinking.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Fluent in German and very good in English.

• Willingness to travel 2–3 days a week within Germany.

• Experience in an environment where high speed, personal responsibility, and analytical excellence are expected.
