This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

β’ Act as Mitti Labs' representative in discussions for new commercial partnerships, including market segmentation, pipeline development, and managing relationships.

β’ Collaborate with various teams across Mitti Labs to tackle critical challenges.
β’ Design and establish leading processes.
β’ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring adaptability across various functions.
β’ This position offers insights into business development and equips you to solve any challenges you may encounter.
β’ 3 - 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced setting (start-up, strategy consulting, or investment banking).
β’ Proven track record as a top performer across several areas.
β’ You possess a hyper-logical and structured mindset, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
β’ Naturally curious and passionate about making a meaningful impact.
β’ Ability to demonstrate this passion through various projects you have participated in.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
