Foundational Platforms Product Integration Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Foundational Platforms product portfolio, establishing strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs that align with EPEO and enterprise transformation objectives.

• Spearhead the delivery of extensive, cross-functional initiatives across networking and security platforms.

• Oversee value streams, planning, PI execution, and the realization of value.

• Prioritize investments by assessing risk, business impact, and platform strategy.

• Propel outcome-driven delivery, achieving measurable enhancements in performance, scalability, and security.

• Direct the design and implementation of enterprise network services, including connectivity, segmentation, secure access, and hybrid/cloud networking.

• Integrate networking with security and identity services, encompassing Zero Trust Network Access and IAM.

• Modernize network infrastructure to support cloud, containerized, and API-driven environments.

• Manage network services product roadmaps and facilitate PI planning, demand planning, and roadmap execution.

• Coordinate interdependencies across networking, security, and platform domains utilizing Jira and Confluence.

• Enhance delivery flow, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee network objectives and multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Monitor delivery, quality, and risk metrics; eliminate cross-team obstacles.

• Collaborate with EPEO leadership, platform teams, cybersecurity, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.

• Convert technical capabilities into business value and customer outcomes.

• Encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, or platform engineering.

• A minimum of 3 years leading technical teams or managing extensive product portfolios.

• Robust experience with enterprise networking across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models.

• Experience in integrating network services with security and identity platforms.

• Profound understanding of Zero Trust, cloud networking, and micro-segmentation.

• Strong Agile delivery experience using Jira and Rally in complex, multi-team settings.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure or platform transformation initiatives.

• Extensive portfolio/program management experience across various initiatives.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
