Foundational Data Resources Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and utilize processes and tools that facilitate the sales lifecycle, which includes pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, sales pipeline analytics, and forecasting.

• Analyze and report on order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal achievement.

• Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools.

• Design and execute components of sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, and operational support processes and tools.

• Assess sales operations processes and activities using appropriate analytics, standards, and metrics.

• Identify trends and issues, conduct analysis, develop improvement suggestions, and monitor the effectiveness of changes.

• Communicate the analysis of process and tool issues to stakeholders.

• Implement specified changes to processes or tools to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Provide analytical support and limited project-direction input as a knowledgeable team member.

• Evaluate unique situations and offer recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.

• Generally, 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning.

• Proven experience in implementing policies, processes, and analytical methods that support sales activities.

• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices.

• Familiarity with forecasting and planning methodologies for resource and activity allocation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and the local language.

• Ability to convey quality plans, proposals, and results while negotiating options.

• Experience with SFDC is preferred.

• Anaplan experience is preferred.

• Oracle experience is preferred.

• PowerBI experience is preferred.

• SAP experience is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with Sales is preferred.
