Foster Care Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies for the recruitment of foster parents.

• Organize recruitment events and engage in community outreach initiatives.

• Facilitate informational sessions for potential foster and adoptive families.

• Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and referral sources.

• Monitor recruitment results and provide updates to leadership.

• Evaluate recruitment effectiveness and assist in achieving program growth objectives.

• Oversee training and licensing processes for foster parents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a comparable field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, business development, or a similar area.

• Excellent skills in presentation, networking, and building relationships.

• Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities.

• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel throughout North Carolina.

• Preferred experience in foster care, adoption, child welfare, or human services.

• Experience in marketing and outreach initiatives.

• Familiarity with budgeting and Profit & Loss (P&L) principles.
