Forward Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with enterprise FMCG and supply chain clients to comprehend their distinct challenges.

• Quickly design and implement tailored solutions utilizing platform capabilities.

• Develop production-ready integrations with client systems and data sources.

• Configure and personalize data products for specific client workflows.

• Create reusable accelerators and templates for prevalent FMCG patterns.

• Educate customer teams on platform functionalities and best practices.

• Shape the product roadmap with insights from the field and customer feedback.

• Construct custom agents and conversational interfaces for targeted use cases.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor to customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions engineering.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, SQL, Node.js, and React.

• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients.

• Ability to switch contexts between various customer environments.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with both AWS and GCP platforms.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

• Understanding of data engineering and ML deployment.

• Self-motivated attitude with minimal supervision required.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG industry (retail, supply chain, manufacturing).

• Background in consulting or professional services.

• Experience with AgentCore and deployment of conversational AI.

• Knowledge of common FMCG systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

• Experience with change management and user adoption processes.

• Understanding of MCP and A2A protocols.

• Previous experience with Palantir, Databricks, or similar FDE platforms.
