Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete execution of significant projects for strategic partners.

• Engage actively to provide impactful customer solutions.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with customers' engineering and executive teams.

• Guide customers on the optimal utilization of ElevenLabs technologies.

• Create customized technical solutions.

• Conceptualize technical architectures and product features.

• Develop comprehensive integrations.

• Apply coding and technical expertise to address intricate customer challenges.

• Assist customers in reaching their objectives while pushing the boundaries of ElevenLabs technologies.

• Experience in customer engagement, including involvement in student clubs or side projects.

• Proficient in Python.

• Solid knowledge of software development.

• In-depth understanding of software development principles.

• Profound knowledge of software architecture.

• Experience with API integration.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to condense complex technical information.

• Capacity to apply logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Thorough understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

• Must be located in Argentina.

• Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsite visits.
